  • English carrot - 1 cup, shredded
  • Sweet corn - ¾ cup, boiled
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies - 2 or to taste, finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp or to taste, coarsely ground
  • Chat masala - 1 tsp
  • Chili flakes or Kutilal - ½ tbsp or to taste

  • Cheese - as needed
  • Butter - for toasting

  3. Add in capsicum, sweet corn, and carrot. Cook until the veggies are tender but still have a bite.

  5. Add the spices; ground black pepper, sugar, chili flakes/kutilal, and chat masala. Also add the fresh coriander leaves and green chilies. Give it a mix.
