veg pizza toppings for the indian palate

The veg pizza toppings that I have used here are well-suited for the Indian palate. Capsicum, sweet corn, and onion are the most common toppings you will find on vegetarian pizzas even at the restaurants. But if you like to give your pizzas an exotic vibe, you can choose from zucchini, mushrooms, baby corn, colorful bell peppers, and even pineapple.

Pizzas are often perceived as unhealthy because most of the times, they really are. But if you choose the fresh and natural ingredients, it will tip the balance. I have used olive oil to cook the pizza sauce and then some more to drizzle over the pizza before sliding into the oven. The cheese sauce is actually a good source of proteins. It won’t make the pizza greasy if you use the right amount. There are loads of fresh vegetable toppings and you can also add some meat. So basically, there are no preservatives, no refined flour, or processed ingredients. That’s is why this thin crust pizza is so healthy. It is a healthy snack for both kids and adults.
