- Mayonnaise – ¼ cup
- English mustard – ½ tbsp
- Honey – ½ tbsp
- Paprika – 1 tsp
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp or to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp or to taste
- Spring onion greens – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- Spring onion whites – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
- Bread slices - 8
- Combine together mayo, lemon juice, honey, English mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper to make the egg salad dressing.
- Add the coriander leaves, spring onion whites and greens and mix.
