Veg Pizza Recipe – A freshly made thin crust pizza straight out of the oven that would make you drool. The homemade pizza sauce, bubbling cheese sauce and lots of vegetables make it a healthy snack choice.
  • Flour tortillas – 4
  • Pizza sauce – 1 & ½ cups or as needed (Recipe here)
  • Homemade cheese sauce – as needed (Recipe here)
  • Pizza seasoning
  • Chili flakes
  • Veggies for toppings; Sliced capsicum, sliced onions, sliced olives, boiled sweet corn, green chilies soaked in vinegar or jalapenos.
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  1. Preheat the oven at 200° C.
  2. Place the tortilla on the baking rack. Spread a generous amount of pizza sauce on the tortilla.
  3. Arrange the veggies on the tortilla; Onions, capsicum, olives, sweet corn, and green chilies or jalapenos.
  4. Sprinkle the pizza seasoning and red chili places. Drizzle the cheese sauce across the pizza. Pour a swirl of extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Place the veg pizza in oven. Bake it at 200° C for the first 5 minutes and at 180° C for the remaining 7 minutes until the crust is crispy and cheese is bubbly. Keep an eye since every oven is different and the baking time may vary by 2-3 minutes.
  6. Veg pizza recipe is ready to be served. Enjoy it hot.
